Joseph Eldora Chandler

Joseph Eldora Chandler Jr., 53, of Washington, passed away February 26, 2018, at Premier of Washington Health Center. He was born May 27, 1964, in Washington, a son of Mae Wood Chandler, and the late Joseph Chandler, Sr. Joe was a 1982 graduate of Trinity High School. He worked at Jessop Steel, and enjoyed fishing, traveling, going to his cabin, the casino, music and was an avid Steelers fan. On December 26, 2005, he married Denise Renee Anderson who passed away January 13, 2017. Joe is survived by a daughter Brittny Chandler, of Washington; three brothers Tyrone (Linda) Chandler, of Washington, Brian (Natalie) Chandler, of Rochester, NY, and Harry (Stephanie) Wood, of Washington; a sister Tina Chandler, of Pittsburgh; a step-daughter Alisha (Sean) Hairston, of Davenport, Fl; and five grandchildren Karmin & Kainan Sadler, Tah’Mara, Ta’Alyiah, Ta’Jean Hairston. Deceased is a brother Stanley Chandler. Friends will be received Friday March 2, 2018, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. 925 Allison Avenue Washington, PA 15301 where services will be held Saturday March 3 at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Myron Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
