John Gary Stiltenpole, 63, of Washington, died Wednesday, March 28, 2018, in The Washington Hospital. He was born August 5, 1954, in Washington, a son of the late Walter Stiltenpole and Sadie Angeline Medlen Myers. Mr. Stiltenpole graduated from Trinity High School and served in the Air Force. He retired from Ross Mould. Mr. Stiltenpole enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing. Surviving are two daughters, Jodi L. (Vince) Wolpink of Bentleyville and Kelli J. (Timothy) Hartman of Columbus, Ohio; two brothers, Ronald (Eileen) Stiltenpole of Scranton and Jeffrey (Leanne) Stiltenpole of Washington; two sisters, Roberta (Stanley) Kalb of Washington and Heidi (Tom) Wasik of Ohio; two grandchildren, Mia Hartman and Trent Wolpink; several nieces and nephews; his stepmother, Doris Stiltenpole of Washington; and his close friend, who was like a brother to him, Billy McClelland of Washington. Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m., Saturday, March 31st, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Services and burial will be private.
