John “Jack” Frazier, 77, of Washington, died February 27, 2022. He was born June 19, 1944, in Washington, a son of the late John Frazier and Martha Kelley Mackey. Mr. Frazier graduated from Trinity High School and worked as a coal miner at Enlow Fork Mining for 35 years. His passion was fishing, but he enjoyed helping others and would fix anything for anyone. On May 29, 1965, he married Connie Cox, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Chris (Jami) Frazier of Winterville, North Carolina; a daughter, Cathy (Tad) Dames of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; seven grandchildren, Jordan, Jase, April, AmiJo, Brent, Chris and Tim; and many great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Jack Frazier, Jr., a brother, Bill Frazier; and a sister, Karen Sims. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, March 3rd. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
