John C. Garrett, Jr.

John C. Garrett, Jr., 62, of Bentleyville, died July 24, 2022, in the Donnell House, with his children by his side. He was born June 21, 1960, in Beaufort, South Carolina, the son of the late John C. Garrett Sr. and Munyeen Goshorn Moore. John worked as an industrial roofer/supervisor. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. John was able to fulfill his final wish by donating his body to the Humanity Gift Registry for the benefit of medical science. He is survived by three children, Jackie (Megan) Garrett, Joshua (Amanda) Garrett, and Jennifer (Corey) Briggs; and grandchildren, Jordan and Abigail Garrett, and Emily and Macie Briggs. John was preceded in death by siblings, Marc Garrett and sister, Mary Jo Garrett. There will be no services.
