John Allan Anderson, 69, of North Franklin Township, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024, in Washington Hospital. He was born July 6, 1954, in Washington, a son of the late John L. Anderson and E. Frances Walker. Mr. Anderson was a graduate of McGuffey High School. He was employed by Ross Mould International as a 3D CAD CAM operator for 36 years. Mr. Anderson loved to play Candy Crush and follow his friends on Facebook. He also enjoyed hunting and camping (“glamping’) at Pymatuning. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. On September 15, 1995, he married Catherine Mountain Anderson, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Christine (Bob) Weber; a son, Russ (Jackie) Pevarnik; a brother, Gary (Donna) Anderson; a sister, Susan (Jim) Ralston; and five grandchildren, Grant (Madison) Weber, Cody Weber, Damyan Pevarnik, Kayli Pevarnik, and Ari Augustine. Deceased, in addition to his parents, is a son, John Pevarnik. Family and friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the time of service, Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Jack Puskar officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
