Jerry W. Ault, 84, of Washington, died Thursday, August 26, 2021, in his home. He was born June 11, 1937, in Washington, a son of the late Olin and Marie Connell Ault. Mr. Ault graduated from Trinity High School in 1957 and was a veteran of the Army, serving from 1960 to 1962. He retired from Millcraft Products in 2000. Mr. Ault coached midget football at the Brownson House, and was the co-founder, along with the late Dave Hammond, of Washington Youth Soccer. He enjoyed NASCAR and fishing, and his daily breakfast with his brother. On December 24, 2004, he married Mary Ann Campbell, who survives. Also surviving are three children, Michael (Tracy) Ault of Eighty Four, Jon (Cynthia) Ault of Washington, and Rachele Morgan (Jim Richmond) of Washington; his identical twin brother, Gene (the late Donna) Ault of Washington; six grandchildren, Nathaniel Taylor, Chloe and Abby Ault, Camryn and Luc Morgan; a sister-in-law, Mary Ault of Washington; nephews, Dan (Deb) Ault and Dave (Joyce) Ault; nieces, Judi Ault and Patricia (Chris) Aloia; great-nephews, Duncan and Cole; close friends, Joe and Joyce Hagan and Jim (the late Marlene) Hancher; and his dog, Sasha. Deceased is a brother, Wayne Ault, and his dog, Sadie. Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m., Monday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 31st. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Washington Area Humane Society, PO Box 66, Eighty Four, PA 15330, or American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
