James Quentin Henderson

James Quentin Henderson, 72, of Washington, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025, in his home. He was born September 5, 1952, in Washington, a son of the late Titus Henderson and Martha Keener Henderson. James was a 1970 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School. He retired after 25 years of serving with the South Strabane Police Department as a police officer. James loved relaxing, cutting the grass and watching Fox News. Surviving is Rudy Llamas, his partner of 25 years and married in 2014. Also surviving are two sisters, Karen (Walter) Horner and Vicki Lichtenberger; nieces and nephews Raynae, Jordan David (Jamie), Jeff, Trisha (Stephens), Emilee and Kimberly; many friends and family; and his beloved dogs, Duke and Rosie. Deceased, in addition to his parents, are a sister, Linda (John) Kovacic; nephews Johnny Kovacic and Steven Lichtenberger; and his beloved dogs, Tinky Lynn, Cookie and Mattie. Arrangements are private and entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
