Irene Charlene Robison, 67 of Avella, died December 7, 2021, at the Donnell House, surrounded by family. She was born Irene Charlene Thomas, on September 25, 1954, the daughter of late Valgene Hayes Clemens and Charles Thomas, and raised by late Ralph Clemens. Irene graduated from Trinity High School. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, puzzle books, watching the game network and local news. She especially enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and pets. She was an avid animal lover. Surviving are her five children, Thomas Prowitt, William Prowitt, Ralph Prowitt, Lisa Kauffman (Adam), and Charles Davis; two sisters, Betty Dugan (the late David Dugan) and Carolyn Thomas (the late Patty Scott); eleven grandchildren, Melanie, Audra, Kelley, Grace, Bailey, Ryan, Emily, Chloe, Danika, Amira, and Mia; four great grandchildren, Zayne, Emersyn, Anastasia, and Brian; as well as several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog Sophia. Decreased are her mother Valgene Hayes Clemens, father Charles Thomas, stepfather Ralph Clemens and brother Francis Harrison. Along with her beloved dog Troubles. Thank you sincerely to Jamie Garber, the Donnell House and North Strabane Rehabilitation and Wellness Center for their compassion and dedication of her care. In lieu of flowers, tribute donations in her name, shall be made to Washington Area Humane Society at washingtonpashelter.org Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where a service will be held on Wednesday, December 15, at 10 am.
