Howard Edgar Brownlee, 85, of Washington, died on Monday, December 21, 2020, in West Penn Hospital. He was born on April 10, 1935, in East Finley Township, a son of the late Howard and Hazel Edgar Brownlee. Mr. Brownlee was a graduate of Claysville High School. Howard was a veteran of the United States Army, having served from October 7, 1957 until his honorable discharge on July 28, 1959. He worked for 32 years at Washington and Jefferson College in the maintenance department. Howard enjoyed hunting, gardening and woodworking. On November 26, 1964, he married Martha Cooper, who survives. Also surviving are Michael (Shari) Brownlee, of Claysville; a sister, Carolyn Lawler, of Claysville; three grandchildren, Travis, Jacob and Amber; two great grandchildren, Bentley and Easton; as well as a niece and a nephew. Deceased is his twin brother, Harold Brownlee. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services are private. Arrangements are entrusted to William G.
