Herbert Oliver Chadwick

Herbert Oliver Chadwick, 65, of Washington, died November 12, 2021, in Washington Hospital. He was born August 16, 1956, in Waynesburg, the son of the late Herbert Oliver Chadwick Sr., and Patricia Cassidy Chadwick. Herbert was a 1975 graduate of West Greene High School and worked many years in various restaurants in the area. He was a great cook and talented artist. He is survived by his brother, Thomas (Denise) Chadwick and sister, Carrie Mounts. In addition to his parents, Herbert was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Williams. There will be no public services.
