Gunner Walker “Bean” McMillan May 25, 2017 ~ July 31, 2023 Forever six To be eternally remembered by all who loved him, from the pure joy and happiness he brought to everyone he encountered. This beautiful, vivacious, sweet, caring, mischievous, ornery, adventurous, spontaneous, angelic-faced old soul, was filled with endless love and happiness, always giving hugs and Eskimo kisses. Gunner loved playing army, Halo, Xbox, going to Cross Creek Lake, playing Marvel superheroes, riding his scooter, visiting neighbors, riding the Harley, and throwing up peace signs. He was excited about going to First Grade in the Fall, and loved school, coloring and writing. He loved being outdoors, dinosaurs, playing with friends, and his sidekick, Leo. Gunner is survived by his forever heartbroken parents, Jesse McMillan and Leslie Dubich; grandmothers, Dolores McMillan and Cindy Barker; uncles, Derek Dubich and Ralph (Tracey) McMillan; aunt, Dody McMillan; his four-legged droolbox best friend, Leo; his bestie, Alexandra “Alex” Stoner; his favorite neighbors, Buck (Lydia) Stoner, Ray, Marcie, Cricket, Betty and “Teddy.” Also to be missed by numerous cousins, great aunts and great uncles. He was preceded in death by John “Pappy” Dubich, Joseph “Pap Pap” McMillan, uncle Herbert McMillan and cousin Joey McMillan. Friends and family are welcome on Friday, August 4, 2023, from 2 to 7 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 5, 2023. Burial will follow in Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Eighty Four.
