Gary Lee Mckinney

Gary Lee McKinney, 76 of Washington, died Monday, May 13, 2019. He was born May 13, 1943 in Washington, the son of the late Howard Lee McKinney and Sarah Baumgardner McKinney. Gary was a 1961 graduate of Trinity High School and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He worked at Washington Automatic Machine for 22 years and also worked at Millcraft. Mr. McKinney was a former member of the American Legion Post 175, the Elks Club and enjoyed fishing. He was married to Jeanne “Nanette” Rio, who died February 14, 2013. Surviving are four sons, Daniel (Nicole) McKinney of Washington, Michael McKinney of Washington, Patrick McKinney of Hampton, GA, Pierre McKinney of Saudi Arabia; two brothers, James and Chris McKinney, both of Washington; several grandchildren. Deceased is a brother, Dennis McKinney. All services are private, and arrangements have been entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes. Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
