Frank E. Flannigan, Jr.

Frank Edward Flannigan, 52, of Washington, died September 23, 2021, in The Washington Hospital. He was born September 30, 1968, in Washington, a son of the late Frank Flannigan and Marylou Tustin. Mr. Flannigan graduated from Washington High School and worked as a fast-food delivery driver. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and he loved wrestling – it was his favorite sport. Surviving are five children, Beau Flannigan and Christopher Flannigan, both of Washington, Anastasia Flannigan of East Washington, and Terra Flannigan and Alyssa Flannigan, both of Washington; two sisters, Barb Brown of Burgettstown and Louanna Dawson of Burgettstown; two grandchildren, Katherin Flannigan and Cayden Flannigan; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. There will be no public visitation or service.
