Fern Lorraine Wheeler

Fern Lorraine Wheeler, 80, of Washington, died Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Southmont of Presbyterian Senior Care, Washington. She was born January 12, 1940 in Washington, a daughter of the late Theodore Roosevelt and Olive White Greer. She attended Trinity High School. Fern was a homemaker and enjoyed bingo and all the activities at Presbyterian Senior Care. She especially liked spending time with friends and family. On August 31, 1956 Fern married Paul Melvin Wheeler who died on February 22, 2009. Surviving are daughters Donna (Mark) Haines and Paula (Don) Sanders both of Washington; brother Terry (BJ) Greer of Washington; sisters Lillian Frabell and Patty Shuba both of Washington; grandchildren Stephanie, Kelly, and David; great grandchildren Hunter and Ashton; and several nieces and nephews. Fern is predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Charles Greer, and a sister Shirley Anderson. At the request of the deceased all services are private and have been entrusted to William G.
