Elliot C. Culp III, 68 of Farmington Hills, MI, passed away, Saturday, March 24, 2018 in his home. He was born August 8, 1949 in Waynesburg, the son of the late Elliot C. Culp Jr. and Thelma Moore Culp. Elliot graduated from Beth Center High School and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh. He is survived by his wife, Rosslyn Grinage Culp of Farmington Hills, MI; a daughter, Nicole Culp of Farmington Hills, MI; a son, Dr. Justin (Kelly Armstrong) Grinage of Brooklyn Park, MN; a sister, Cynthia Culp of Philadelphia, PA; many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Deceased are a sister, Joyce Green and a nephew, Kirk Wells. Friends will be received Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 11:00 am. To 1:00 p.m. the time of service at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, with Rev. Ronald E. White officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens.
