Elizabeth Angott, 95, of Washington, passed away peacefully October 10, 2021, at home, with her son and daughter by her side. She was born in Nemti, Hungary, on February 14, 1926, the daughter of the late Elizabeth and Andy Pinter. Formerly of Fredericktown, she was 10 years old when she came to the United States. Surviving are a son, Ronald Angott, and daughter, Deborah Angott, both of Washington, who were her caregivers. On June 11, 1955, Elizabeth married the late John Angott, with whom she shared 59 years of marriage. She was employed by Brockway Glass Company #7 for 33 years. She was a homemaker who loved to sew, listen to polka music, and spend time with her family. Deceased is a sister, Mary Lukacs of Nemti, Hungary. Elizabeth is the last of her immediate family. She was Catholic and a member of Saint James Church. Family and friends will be received Wednesday, October 13, 2021, from 2-4pm and 6-8 pm, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, PA, where a blessing service will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, October 14, 2021, with Father Michael Peck, as celebrant.
