Elaine Ann Brown

Elaine Ann Brown, 79, of Washington, died November 16, 2023, in her home. She was born April 14, 1944, in Johnstown, the daughter of the late John L. Stefko and Jane Pialet. A graduate of South Fayette High School, she was the owner/operator of a home improvement company. Elaine enjoyed gardening, fishing, golfing, antique collecting, and doing puzzles, especially crosswords. She loved all animals and enjoyed going on road trips. She is survived by a son, David Brown; a daughter, Allison McCoy; stepchildren, David Visser and Chrissy Visser; a sister, Grace Hostetter; grandchildren, Lauren (David) Hobbs, Sarah Tartaglia, R.J. McCoy, and Isaac Brown; great-grandchild, Leo Hobbs; several nieces and nephews; and a very dear friend, David Altere. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, December 4th, in the Queen of Heaven Chapel, 2900 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317.
