Denise Lynn Porter

Denise Lynn Porter, 61, of Washington, died Tuesday, May 8, 2018, in The Washington Hospital. She was born September 16, 1956, in Washington, a daughter James Carpenter of Washington and the late Linda Polen Carpenter. Mrs. Porter worked as a telecommunications specialist and enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. Surviving are a son, David (Rebecca) Porter of Uniontown; a brother, Wade Carpenter of Washington; and a niece, Brandy. Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, May 14th, from 5 to 7 p.m., the time of a memorial service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Citizens Library, 55 South College Street, Washington PA 15301.
