Deborah Sue Milligan

Deborah Sue Cole “Debbie” Milligan, 65, of Washington, was reunited with her late husband, Kenny, on Thursday, December 7, 2017. Deb was surrounded by her family, whom she loved dearly. She was born November 12, 1952, in Washington, a daughter of Hazel Paul Cole and the late Jack Cole Sr. Mrs. Milligan was employed at Western Center until it closed. She later worked at the Greenery, from where she retired. Deb loved camping with her husband, bingo and fishing. On June 12, 1971, Deb married her high school sweetheart, Ken Milligan, who died September 26, 2015. Deb was a 1970 graduate of Trinity High School.  Her pride and joy were her grandsons, “my boys”, Hunter Moore (19) of Washington, William Himmelrick (15) of Avella and Seth Moore (14) of Washington. In addition to her grandsons are three daughters, Kelley Milligan of Washington, Denise (Floyd) Moore of Washington and Wendy (J.T.) Himmelrick of Avella; a brother, Jack (Sherri) Cole Jr. of Washington; a sister Mila (Harry) Lemley of Washington; several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Monday, December 11, 2017, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rob Berk officiating. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery.
