David Paul Torboli, 78, of Washington, died Thursday, December 17, 2020, in Donnell House. He was born June 9, 1942, in Cross Creek Township, a son of James Earl Torboli and Mildred Markovich Torboli. Mr. Torboli worked as an auto mechanic for Yenko Chevrolet and Tomsic Chrysler-Plymouth. He loved his family, was an avid hunter, and was a fan of NASCAR and the Pittsburgh Steelers. On January 6, 1962, he married Betty Louise Russell, who died February 8, 2012. Surviving are a son, David Paul (Dawn) Torboli, Jr., of Nemacolin; a daughter, Deborah Torboli of Washington; a daughter-in-law, Kimberly, of Washington; a brother, Kenneth Torboli of Washington; two sisters, Diane Meriage of McDonald and Maxine Mason of Venetia; three grandchildren, Jennifer (Benjamin) Meighen, Anthony (Jess) Torboli, and Randall Torboli; three great-grandchildren, Evelyn, Avery, and Warren; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are two brothers, James Torboli, Jr., and Calvin Torboli, and a sister, Shirley Kushner. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services are private.
