Cindy Lou Baker, 55, of Buffalo Township, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, in Washington Hospital. She was born October 28, 1969, in Washington, a daughter of the late Charles David Baker and Judith Ann Mogan Baker. Cindy was a graduate of McGuffey High School and attended West Liberty College. She was previously employed as a manager at American Eagle and had worked at a bank in Southpointe. Cindy was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was a foodie, who loved clothes, shopping and animals, especially dogs and cats. On July 27, 2023, she married Philip M. Mounts, who survives. Also surviving are a stepson, William Hughes III; a grandchild, Jayde Hughes; a brother, Kelly David Baker; two nieces, Courtney and Chloe Baker; and a sister-in-law, Naomi E. (the late David) Henning. Family and friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m., the hour of service, Friday, January 31, 2025, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Private interment will be held in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
