Charles Steven Ritter

Charles “Charlie” Steven Ritter, 66, of Washington, died October 4, 2023, in his home. He was born March 18, 1957, in Washington, the son of the late Ralph A. Ritter, Sr., and Mildred D. Comstock Ritter. A graduate of Trinity High School, he worked as a sales representative for Hill International. Charlie is survived by his brother, Ralph “Buddy” Ritter, sister-in-law, Karen Ritter, and several nieces and nephews. He raised Michael Ritter and Michelle Martin as his own children. He was cared for in the last months of his life, by his niece Melissa Henry, great nephew Devin Ranegar and great niece Shelby Henry. Preceding him in death was his brothers, Jim and William Ritter, and sister, Mildred Ritter. There will not be a service. Arrangements by William G.
