Charles Mack "Junior" Risner, Jr., 6, of Washington, died on January 11, 2022, in UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. He was born on November 1, 2015, a son of Charles Mack "Charlie" and Mary M. Hanning Risner. Junior enjoyed watching cartoons, especially Paw Patrol, and his favorite movies were Toy Story and Moana. A young man who was adored by so many, he dearly loved his parents and his family. Surviving, in addition to his parents are five siblings, Abigale Risner, Hope Risner, Kyle Risner, Logan Risner, and Kayden Risner, all at home; his maternal grandmother, Diane (the late Keith) Baughman, of Washington; his paternal grandparents, Linda Risner, of Washington and Kenneth W. Risner, Sr., of Missouri; six uncles, Kenneth (Gwen Caldwell) Hanning, of Washington, Charles (Georgina) Hanning, Jr., of Washington, Tim Collins, of Washington, Kenneth W. Risner, Jr., of Washington, Walter Morris, of West Virginia, and Joshua S., of Washington; an aunt, Amanda (Anthony) Harmison, of West Virginia; a niece, Chloe McClellan; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charles Hanning. Friends will be received on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, from 2 until 4 p.m., and 6 until 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA, where services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
