Charles Randall “Buddy” Hanning, Sr., 65, of Washington, died on January 11, 2021, in his home. He was born on November 24, 1955, in Washington, a son of the late Clayton W. Hanning Sr., and Mary Jane Harn Hanning. A graduate of McGuffey High School, he was a member of New Life in Christ Church. Mr. Hanning had worked as a contractor for 40 years. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Buddy enjoyed fishing, and loved spending time with friends and family. On July 5, 2014, he married Juanita Anderson. Juanita had been his long-time companion for many years before they were united in marriage. Also surviving are four sons, Charles (Georgina) Hanning, Jr., of Washington, Kenneth (Gwen Caldwell) Hanning, of Washington, Robert “B.J” (Lindsay) Moschell, of Washington, and John Paul (Samantha) Moschell, of Steubenville, OH; two daughters, Mary Margaret (Charles) Risner, of Washington, and Crystal (Jared Bills) Anderson, of Washington; three brothers, Clayton W. (Connie) Hanning, Jr., of Beaver County, Robert (Judy) Hanning, of Washington, and Donald (Shelley) Hanning, of Houston; two sisters, Joan Plants, of Washington, and Vanessa (John) Rees, of Washington; twenty-two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are a brother, James Hanning; and a niece, Melanie Plants. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services are private Arrangements are entrusted to William G.
