Charles Thomas Crouch, 72, of Pittsburgh, died Sunday, September 2, 2018, in John Kane Regional Center, Glen Hazel. He was born April 21, 1946, in Canonsburg, a son of the late James Ralph Crouch and Frances M. Devenney Crouch. Charles was a 1963 graduate of Trinity High School and attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served as an instrument repairman. Charles once worked at Allegheny General in advertising and later worked at Café Victoria on Pittsburgh's North Side for many years. He loved Victorian history, enjoyed creating very detailed artwork and was an accomplished artist. He also kept great details of his family genealogy. Surviving are brother James R. Crouch Jr. of Washington; niece Debbie Palm; great-niece and nephew Scott Crouch and Courtney Crouch. Deceased, in addition to his parents, is a niece, Sherrie L. Neal. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, September 7, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Private burial will be held in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township.
