Carol Jean Cutlip

Carol Jean Cutlip, 82, of Avella, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024, in Premier Washington Health Center. She was born December 26, 1941, in Fayette County, a daughter of the late Roy Hice and Mable Ansell Hice. Carol previously worked as a bank teller. She enjoyed puzzle books and word search. On April 24, 1961, she married William Thomas Cutlip, who passed away July 12, 2010. Surviving are her son, William R. Cutlip; brothers Dave Hice and Richard Hice; sister Norma (Denver) Myers; grandchild Michael Cutlip; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, are a son, Dale Cutlip. Family and friends will meet at 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 29, 2024, at William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, and proceed to the National Cemetery of Alleghenies, Cecil Township, where graveside services will be held.
