Caleb Lee Jackson, 19, of Washington, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021. Caleb was born on February 4, 2002, in Washington, the son of Randy Lee and Catherine Ann Liggett "Cathy" Jackson, of Washington. He was a 2020 graduate of Washington High School, where he juggled academics and sports flawlessly. Caleb excelled on the basketball court and on the football field, where he achieved one of his greatest successes of being named All Conference and All District in the 2019 season. Caleb was a proud member of the Wash High Prexie Community, and of the 84 Lumber family, where he worked for the last 8 months. Caleb was an amazing man, with a heart of gold, and an infectious smile. He was the pride and joy of his parents, and five sisters, who loved him dearly. He was an inspiration to many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his sisters, Deja Glemba (Tom), of Washington, Shanda Workmaster (Nick), of Washington, Lexie Fuller (Travis), of Canonsburg, and Miranda Jackson and Cassidy Jackson both of Washington; his maternal grandfather, Francis Liggett, of Washington; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and amazing friends. Deceased are his paternal grandmother, Carol Jackson; and maternal grandmother, Carol Liggett. Friends will be received on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., and Wednesday, May 19, 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m., and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA, where services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
