Bradley D. Hackney

Bradley D. Hackney, 51, of Washington, died on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, in his residence. He was born on August 23, 1967, in Washington, a son of the late Raymond and Evelyn Wood Hackney A graduate of McGuffey High School, he worked for Road Runner Transportation Systems, transporting vehicles for Tri State Auction.His coworkers often said that he was full of laughter and made work fun. Brad was a good man, who appreciated the simple things life has to offer.  His life was full and pleasantly uncomplicated. Surviving are two brothers, William Hackney, of Washington, and Brian (Lori) Hackney, of Washington; a sister, Beverly Hackney, of Washington; four nephews, Michael (Lucy) Hackney, Justin (Tisa) Hackney, Zachary (Alicia) Hackney and Kyle (Nancy) Hackney; a niece, Breann (Josh) Huff; ten great nieces and nephews, Vanessa, Julian, Raymond, Kaden Reed, Maddox Krenzelak, Keagen, Gabe, Karson, Karis and Zayne; and his significant other, Heather Grimes. Deceased are two sisters, Bonnie Hackney and Brenda Bennett, and a niece, Cassandra Hackney. A Memorial Service at Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray, will be held at a later time and date to be announced.
