Bonnie Ann Reilly

Bonnie Ann Reilly, 81, of Washington, died October 20, 2023, in her home surrounded by her family. She was born January 29, 1942, in Connellsville, the daughter of the late William Kelly and Evelyn Troutman Shallenberger, and she was raised by the late Imogene and Jess Herbert. A graduate of Clairton High School, she was Presbyterian by faith. Having worked in a steel mill, she also worked as a waitress, bartender, bar manager, and card dealer in a casino in Tahoe. Bonnie enjoyed playing poker machines in Las Vegas, working crossword puzzles, playing Yahtzee, and reading. She loved spending time with family and friends. On June 12, 1989, Bonnie married John Walter Reilly, who died April 11, 2012. She is survived by her two daughters, Sherri Sevcik, and Debbie (Edward) Villalobos; grandchildren, Jessica, Jade (Jeff), and Dana; great-grandchild, Gavin; many nieces and nephews; and best friends, Eva and Robert Grice, and Sally Vinsick. She was “fairy godmother” to Angela Matrozza. In addition to her husband, Bonnie was preceded in death by her brother, George Shallenberger; and sisters, Mary Louise, and Barbara Shallenberger. At the request of the deceased, all services were private.
