Bonnie Willard Johnson

Bonnie Willard Johnson, 65, of Washington, died Saturday, January 27, 2018, at home. She was born September 7, 1952 ,in Fairmont, WV, the daughter of the Wanda Varner Willard and the late Floyd Everett Willard. Bonnie was a 1970 graduate of Trinity High School and attended Washington and Jefferson College. She was a homemaker and a member of Abundant Life Baptist Church. Bonnie loved the beach, spending time with family, writing, watching the sunset, nature, photography and cooking. On August 9, 1971, she married Charles Alan Johnson, who survives. Also surviving is a son, Justin Johnson of Washington; a daughter, Jessica (Christopher) Gage of McCandless; a brother, Michael (Karen) Willard of Lone Pine; a sister, Donna (Joe) Polen of Lone Pine; a grandchild, Greyson Gage;nieces, Jamie Johnson, Kari Johnson, Amanda Johnson Pauls, Renee Polen Brown, Sara Johnson; and nephews, Jason Johnson, Jimmy Johnson, Jason Willard, Matthew Willard, and Benjamin Polen. Friends will be received Tuesday, January 30, 2018, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor George Garancosky officiating.
