Betty Florence Hupp

Betty Florence Hupp, 92 of Washington, died Friday, March 9, 2018 at Premier Health Center. She was born July 17, 1925 in Ten Mile, the daughter of the late Eugene Tharp and Wyonna Montgomery Tharp. Betty graduated from Trinity High School. She was a homemaker and a member of Amity Methodist Church. Betty loved animals and was an avid Steelers fan. On March 15, 1943, she married Walter B. Hupp, who died October 2, 2015. Surviving is a son, Jan Edward Hupp of Washington and her grand puppy, Lucius, whom she loved. Deceased are a son, Jeffrey Allen Hupp and a sister, Evelyn Jean Rice. Friends will be received Tuesday, March 13, 2018 from 2 to 7 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Nelson Boone officiating.
