Betty Ann Duvall

Betty Ann Duvall, 83, of Waynesburg, died Saturday, November 4, 2017, in West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born January 22, 1934, in Blacksville, West Virginia, a daughter of the late David and Blanche Zimmerman Rogers. A homemaker, Mrs. Duvall enjoyed shopping, flowers, taking rides in the country, going out to eat, painting pictures, and spending time with family. She was a member of Allegheny Wesleyan Methodist Church. On November 17, 1951, she married Thomas F. Duvall, who died November 27, 1997. Surviving are three sons, Larry, Lloyd (Donna), and Randy (Becky) Duvall, all of Waynesburg; two daughters, Marlene Duvall of Avella and Melanie (Joseph) Tharp of Waynesburg; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Deceased are a daughter, Deborah Duvall; two sons, Thomas and Jeffrey Duvall; and two sisters, Isabel Hipala and Doris Ritter. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.  At the request of the deceased, interment will be private.
