Arthur L. Dowler

Arthur L. Dowler, 55, of Washington, passed away unexpectedly on August 6, 2021. He was born on March 14,1966 in Washington, a son of the late Clarence W. Dowler and Dorothy L. Ott Dowler. Arthur graduated from Brownsville High School, and after graduation, he attended the Hiram G. Andrews Center in Johnstown, and became a culinary chef. He loved to cook and go fishing. He especially enjoyed being involved with NAMI (National Alliance Mental Illness), and was the head of donations for the NAMI walks. He also enjoyed watching wrestling, cooking shows, and outdoor shows like fishing and hunting. In addition to his wife Margaret Dowler, he is survived by a cousin and his cousin's girlfriend, of Uniontown. Arthur was preceded in death by one brother, Lowell W. Dowler.
