Angela Louise Hunter, 83, of McMurray, died Saturday, April 17, 2021, in Paramount Assisted Living. She was born March 13, 1938, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Ralph J. Hunter and Eleanor North Hunter. A graduate of Trinity High School, Mrs. Hunter earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Tampa and taught for a brief time in Pompano Beach, Florida. She had an immense love of horses, enjoying anything horse-related as well as showing them. Adventurous and independent, she got her pilot’s license in Florida when in her twenties. Mrs. Hunter was always outside and enjoyed time at the beach as well as boating. She was a member of Grove United Presbyterian Church in West Middletown, Independence Grange 179, the Order of the Eastern Star, and Daughters of the American Revolution. Deceased is her husband, Jack Hunter. Surviving are a daughter, Vicki D. Hunter (Gerald Sapp) of Dunnellon, Florida; a brother, Duane Hunter (Sarah) of Mechanicsville, Virginia; and a sister, Elizabeth Schultz (Richard) of Salem, Wisconsin.
