Alfred "Sonny" Clutter

Alfred “Sonny” Clutter, 59, of Washington, passed away Monday, December 9, 2024, in his home. He was born February 7, 1965, in Washington, a son of Mary Virginia Noble and Robert Allen Clutter. Sonny was employed by Pancake Towing for 10 years, and previously had worked in the automobile industry. He loved reading, books were his passion. He enjoyed volunteering his time at AMI Inc. helping those struggling with their mental health. Most of all, he loved his family. He will be deeply missed by his siblings, aunts, uncles and all who knew and loved him. Surviving are a brother, David Noble; two sisters, Krista “Christy” (Kevin) Roupe and Brenda (Jamie Collingwood) Walden; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, friends and family. Deceased are a sister, Catherin Noble; a brother, Roy Noble; a nephew, Demetrius Norman; and grandparents Wilbur and Margaret Noble. Family and friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m., the hour of service, Monday, December 16, 2024, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Michael Large officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in Emmanuel United Presbyterian Cemetery. The family requests donations be sent to David Noble to offset funeral costs.
