Thelma Mae Earley, 83, of Washington, died Tuesday, September 13, 2005, in Washington Hospital, following a one-year illness.
She was born November 22, 1921, in Arnold City, a daughter of Charles and Mae McKay.
Mrs. Earley graduated from Trinity High School in 1941 and was employed as a packer-selector at Metro Glass for 23 years.
She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed playing the lottery each week.
Mrs. Earley was Protestant.
On March 19, 1950, she married John Vincent (Jack) Earley, who died November 1, 2004.
Surviving are two sons, John V. (Jack) Earley Jr. of Washington and Ronald C. Early Sr. and wife Fay of Washington; a daughter, Diana Woodburn and husband Bill of Washington; a sister, Norma Jean Woodburn of Steubenville, Ohio; four grandchildren, Ronald Earley Jr., Colleen Klimas, Brian Earley Sr. and Ashley Earley; and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Morgan and Glenn McKay.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 16, 2005. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
