Jacqueline L. “ Jackie “ Chropek, 60, of Washington, died Sunday, August 14, 2005, at 6:15 am in the home of her sister, following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Washington on January 28, 1945, a daughter of Paul and Madeline Salamone Frank. She was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School and Penn Commercial Business School. She had worked more than twelve years in the office of Dr. John McCabe.
Mrs. Chropek was a Christian and attended Grace & Truth Church in Washington.
On September 14, 1963, she married David L. Chropek, who died on November 14, 1983.
Surviving are three sons, David P. and Aric J. Chropek, both of Washington, and Paul B. (and wife Tracy ) Chropek of Houston; a sister, Frances Ann ( and husband Michael ) Bashur of Murrysville; and a grandson, Paul Chropek.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Rose Marie Chropek who died in her youth; and a brother, Joseph Frank.
