Patti Jo Hatfield

Wendy's general manager. Patti Jo Hatfield, 46, of Washington, died at 9:30 a.m. Friday, January 6, 2006, in her residence. She had been ill since June 2005. She was born April 2, 1959, in Charleroi, a daughter of Edith Barnard Hochendoner of Marianna and the late Clifford Rolland Paxton. Mrs. Hatfield was a high school graduate and a graduate of Penn Commercial with a degree in business management. She was a hard worker who had worked as a general manager at Wendy's for seven years and also at The Party Place. In May 1987, she married Kenneth B. Hatfield Jr., who survives. Also surviving are a son, Kenneth B. Hatfield III of Pittsburgh; a daughter, Chelsea Ann Hatfield at home; a brother, Randy Paxton of Marianna; and a sister, Ruth Verchek of Minneapolis, Minn. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 9, with the Rev. Paul P. Leone officiating.
