Olga Patsy Johnson Olga Patsy Johnson, 89, of Washington, formerly of Concord, California, died at 8:39 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2005, in Canonsburg General Hospital. She was born July 31, 1916, in Weed, California, a daughter of Peter and Adela Constanzo Ottino. Mrs. Johnson had worked as a retail clerk in a pharmacy. Her husband, Seth Arthur Johnson, died in 1966. Surviving are a sister, Alice Viera of LaFayette, California; four grandchildren, Gary Johnson of New Castle, Holly Lynn Sanders of Wilson, NC; Tracey D. Pascoe of Claysville, and Ashley Rene Johnson of Meadowlands; and nine great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Gary A. Johnson, Sr.; two brothers, David Ottino and Rod Ottino; and a sister, Wanda Bottrell.
