Mary " Lillian" Roach

Mary “ Lillian “ Roach, 87, of Washington, died Monday, December 5, 2005, in the Hillsview Personal Care Home, following a short illness. She was born in Grafton, West Virginia, on November 18, 1918, a daughter of Charles Morgan and Martha Roseanna Cox Watson. For almost fifty years, she worked as a Packer-Selector for Washington Glass Company, Hazel Atlas, and Metro Glass. On September 15, 1946, she married Preston Kenneth Roach, who died on January 16, 1989. Surviving are, a brother, Merle Watson ( and wife Jackie ) of Claysville; a sister, Minnie Fawcett of Grafton, West Virginia; three sister-in-laws, Vivian, Thelma, and Elaine; as well as several nieces and nephews. Friends of Mary “ Lillian “ Roach, 87, of Washington, who died Monday, December 5, 2005, will be received on Thursday, from 6 to 9 pm, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held on Friday, December 9, 2005, at 11:00 am, Rev. John DePolo officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray. The family is requesting memorial donations be made to: Donnell House, Leet Street, Washington, PA 15301.
