Shirley Davis Fetherlin

Shirley Davis Fetherlin, 71, of Bethel Park, formerly of Washington, died Saturday, November 26, 2005, in the Donnell House following a sixteen-month illness. She was born in Washington, on September 10, 1934, a daughter of Samuel Albert and Sara Elizabeth Mounts Davis. Mrs. Fetherlin was a 1952 graduate of Washington High School, a former member of the First Christian Church of Washington, and was a home maker. She enjoyed her family. On December 21, 1954, she married Norman D. Fetherlin who survives. Also surviving are three sons, James N. and Jay C. Fetherlin, both of Bethel Park, and Jon A. Fetherlin of Mt. Pleasant; seven grandchildren. Preceding her in death are two brothers, James Albert and Samuel Albert Davis; and a sister, Sara Jane LaVelle. Friends of Shirley Davis Fetherlin, 71, of Bethel Park, formerly of Washington, who died Saturday, November 26, 2005, will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, and Tuesday, from 9 to 10 am, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2005, at 11:00 am, with the Rev. Paul Leone officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
