Calvary Temple member enjoyed flower gardening.
Leona Mae Mull, 65, of West Alexander, died at 5:45 p.m. Friday, April 14, 2006, in Donnell House following a lengthy illness.
She was born December 20, 1940, in Washington, a daughter of Howard and Thelma Tarr Allen.
Mrs. Mull attended Trinity High School and had worked in the escort department of Washington Hospital.
She was a former member of Calvary Temple. She loved God and enjoyed her family and flower gardening.
On December 28, 1958, she married Clyde E. Mull Sr., who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Clyde E. (Heidi) Mull Jr. of Elm Grove, W.Va.; three daughters, Dianna Edwards (Stephen Bald) of Washington, Sherry (Ron) Winslow of St. Clairsville, Ohio, and Judy Mull of West Alexander; two brothers, Wrenwick Allen and Joe Allen, both of Washington; a stepbrother, John McKay of California; eight sisters, Ruth O'Dell and Esther Grenier, both of North Carolina, Mary Moss of Houston, Thelma Walters of Carnegie, Sara Mull of Claysville, Irene Davis and Betty Paige, both of Washington, and Mildred Boldy of Irwin; and 10 grandchildren, Ian and Marinda Winslow, Shania and Fabian Mull, Justin Matthews, Hannah, Monica, Tabitha, Jacob and Nolan Mull.
Deceased is a sister, June Yater.
Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, with the Rev. Joel Traylor officiating. Burial will follow in West Alexander Cemetery.
