Jean A. Webster, 62, of Graysville, died unexpectedly at home on Friday, October 21, 2005, after having been in been in declining health for several years.
She was born in Washington on July 14, 1942, a daughter of the late Frank and Olive Rowley Blacka. Mrs. Webster was a 1962 graduate of Washington High School and had once worked as a cashier at Henderson Avenue Foodland.
She was a member of the Greene County Farm Bureau. She was Presbyterian by faith.
One of her joys was her puppy Lexy.
On September 20, 1962, she married Joseph A. Webster who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Jody Lynn Webster of Graysville; a brother William Blacka of Washington; four sisters, Shirley Hammond, Helen Thompson, and Ruth Carl, all of Washington, as well as Lois Allender of Bentleyville.
Deceased is a son, Jason A. Webster.
Friends of Jean A. Webster, 62, of Graysville, who died Friday, October 21, 2005, will be received on Sunday from 7 to 9 pm and Monday from 12-noon to 2 pm, the time of services, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Burial will follow in Hopewell Ridge Cemetery.
