Tina Arlene Loughman, 45, of Washington, died at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2005, in Washington Hospital, after a brief illness. She was born September 9, 1959, in Washington, a daughter of Millard James Miller of East Finley and Alberta Hancher of Washington. Mrs. Loughman attended Washington High School. She was a homemaker and attended Christian Church of North America. On March 29, 1995, she married Charles "Chuck" Stanton Loughman, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Jared Loughman, at home, and Adam Clutter of Washington; a brother, Rodney Miller of Canonsburg; a sister, Julie Ann Miller of Washington; two grandchildren, Isaac and Jacob Clutter; her maternal grandmother, Olive Federoft of Washington; a niece, Amanda Miller of Washington; and a nephew, Gavin.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 11, with the Rev. Rob Berk officiating. Burial to follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
