Mary Ann Keel

Washington woman formerly of Oklahoma. Mary Ann Keel, 80, of Washington, formerly of Oklahoma City, Okla., died Thursday, May 3, 2007, in Washington Hospital. She was born October 3, 1926, in Oklahoma City, a daughter of Lawrence B. and Agnes Elmenhorft Keel. Prior to moving to Washington in 1998, she was a resident of Oklahoma, where she was active in St. Francis of Assisi Church and worked as a clerk in department stores. She enjoyed candle making and crafts. Surviving are a sister, Donna T. Belski of Washington; a brother and sister in-law, Lawrence and Betty Jo Keel of Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters-in-law, Elaine Keel of Lancaster, Calif., and Betty Jean Keel of Edmond, Okla.; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are two brothers, Ron and Bernie Keel. Friends will be received in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington, from 3 to 6 p.m., the hour of a blessing service, Monday, May 7, with the Rev. Thomas D. O'Neil officiating.
