Mary E. Kelley Warne, 84, of Washington, died Saturday, February 9, 2008, in Canonsburg Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Washington on August 8, 1923, a daughter of Wilbert and Annie Stewart Kelley.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Canonsburg and was very active in various Church Committee’s throughout her life. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren who she always called “ Little Ones “.
On October 19, 1946, she married Theodore P. Warne, who died on March 30, 1993.
Surviving are three sons, Theodore L. ( Sheila ) Warne of Spokane, Washington, Roger D. ( Sue ) Warne and John H. Warne, both of Washington; two daughters, Linda ( Paul ) Boardley of Washington and Honey Lou ( Bill ) Malik, of Ohio; a sister, Grace Camps of Washington; seventeen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by brothers Robert and Thomas Warne as well as four infant brothers.
Friends of Mary E. Kelley Warne, 84, of Washington, who died Saturday, February 9, 2008, will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, where services will be held on Tuesday, February 12, at 2:00 PM, with Rev. David Wriglesworth officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray. The family is requesting memorial donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Canonsburg.
