Mildred Louise Morris, 78, of Washington, died at 12:30 a.m. Monday, March 8, 2004, in her home following an illness of several months.
She was born October 29, 1925, in Brownsville, a daughter of Martin and Carrie Bobbs Schroyer.
Mrs. Morris graduated from Marion High School in 1944.
She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church in Washington.
Mrs. Morris was employed by RCA in Canonsburg as an assembler and previously worked for Mayview State Hospital as a psychiatric aide and by Washington County Health Center as a nurse's aide.
She enjoyed doing crafts.
On April 19, 1968, she married D. Edward Morris, who died July 1, 1998.
Surviving are three sons, Marvin Lutes of Imperial, Mo., and Dan and Doug Morris, both of Washington; two daughters, Patricia Lutes and Carrie Sue Vanderlee, both of Washington; a sister, Delores Ermlick of Dunlevy; nine grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel and Joseph Lutes, Andrea Lutes Coyle, Lori Steen, Amy Gonzales, Danielle, Michelle and Shawna Vanderlee; and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Gladys Phillips; and a brother, Arthur Schroyer.
