Virginia Ellen " Ginny " Sims

Virginia E. “ Ginny “ Sims, 42, 0f West Mifflin, formerly of Washington, died Sunday, February 8, 2004 in an automobile accident. She was born in Washington on June 16, 1960, a daughter of Orloff G.D. Sims, Sr. and Karen C. Frazier Sims, both of Washington. She was a 1978 graduate of Trinity High School, a graduate of Community College of Allegheny County, and recently completed the Masters Program at Robert Morris. Currently, she held a teaching position at Community College of Allegheny County and was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Washington. Surviving in addition to her parents are a brother, Orloff G. D. “ Butch “ Sims of Follansbee, West Virginia; a sister Robin S. Rogers of Washington; Maternal Grandparents, Sam C. and Martha V. Kelley of Washington; Nephews, Jason J. Sims and Christopher I. Rogers. Preceding her in death is a brother John Eric Sims. Friends of Virginia E. “ Ginny “ Sims, formerly of Washington, will be received on Friday, February 13, 2004 in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2004, at 3:00 PM, in the Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall, Cleveland Road, Washington, Bruce Richmond officiating.
