Barbara Lee Bredniak, 70, of Hopewell Township, died Tuesday, January 6, 2004, in Washington Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
She was born April 28, 1933, in Washington, a daughter of Cyril and Sara Jennings Davidson.
Mrs. Bredniak was a Washington High School graduate.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, baking and gardening.
Mrs. Bredniak was a past member of Buffalo Homemakers and a member of Holy Trinity National Catholic Church of Washington.
On September 3, 1950, she married Edmond Jacob Bredniak, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Robert Arthur Bredniak of Avella and Edward Steven Bredniak of Paducha, Ky.; two daughters, Amy Craft of Hickory and Rebecca Szolek of Avella; a sister, Norma Jean Hupp of Banetown; 13 grandchildren, Kristen, Renee, Bobby, Daniel, Laura, Amanda and Bryan Bredniak, Jennifer Colacito, Jeff Craft and Alicia, Shaina, Kayla and Jacob Szolek; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Daniel Edward Bredniak; and a brother, Donald Davidson.
BREDNIAK - Friends of Barbara Lee Bredniak of Hopewell Township, who died Tuesday, January 6, 2004, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, January 9, in Holy Trinity National Catholic Church, Washington, with the Rev. John Mack as celebrant. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity National Catholic Church Cemetery.
