Member of St. Hilary Church worked for Precision Industries Harry G. Ezersky, 86, of Washington, died at 12:11 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2003, in University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh. He was born August 30,1917, in Pittsburgh, a son of Pete and Anna Zitzulla Ezersky. He was a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church of Washington. Mr. Ezersky was last employed by Precision Industries in Washington. Prior to that, he was employed as a butcher with Yenko's Market on Wylie Avenue in Washington. He was a member of Buffalo Grange and Washington Senior Citizens Center and was an avid Washington High School sports fan. Mr. Ezersky enjoyed watching television, reading, working at the senior citizens center and his dog. He attended Washington schools. On November 15, 1938, he married Wanda Alberta Hamilton, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Michael Ezersky of Washington; two daughters, Suzanne Shuba and Tina Ezersky, both of Washington; four grandchildren, Scott, Terry and Mark Shuba and Christopher Ezersky; and 12 great-grandchildren. Deceased is a half sister, Helen Shmitko. EZERSKY - Friends of Harry G. Ezersky of Washington, who died Saturday, December 13, 2003, will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 16, with the Rev. Larry Cottrill officiating. Interment will be held in Washington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Washington Area Senior Citizens Center or the charity of the donor's choice.
